Due to legislation enacted by the state of California, we must take special precautions to ensure that any orders containing tobacco products shipped within California are received by a person of no less than 21 years of age. All orders containing tobacco products will require a signature at the time of delivery by someone 21 years or older with valid identification. This only applies to orders containing cigars, pipe tobacco or any other tobacco product. Our pipes, gifts and accessories are not subject to this restriction.
Nevada
Due to legislation enacted by the state of Nevada, we must take special precautions to ensure that any orders containing tobacco products shipped within Nevada are received by a person of no less than 21 years of age. All orders containing tobacco products will require a signature at the time of delivery by someone 21 years or older with valid identification. Please note that there is an additional $4.00 shipping charge. This only applies to orders containing cigars, pipe tobacco or any other tobacco product. Our pipes, gifts and accessories are not subject to this restriction.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the state of California are subject to our state sales tax (9.250%) which will be added at the time of checkout. Orders shipped outside the state of California will not be charged sales tax through our store. Please check your states regulations on sales tax for items ordered out of state.
